❗THIRD REMINDER: Ubuntu 24.04 Update on October 22, 2024
We are less than four weeks from the upcoming OS update on October 22, 2024. This will be a significant and critical operating system update to Unity. All Unity servers will move from the current operating system, Ubuntu 20.04, to the current LTS version, Ubuntu 24.04. This update is necessary for Unity’s continued maintenance and security.
This means that on 10/22, we will take Unity offline to perform the update. In addition, we’re making significant updates to our research software module stack. Find more information on how to prepare your workloads on the Ubuntu update news page.
🗓️ Attend Fall Workshops from the University of Rhode Island AI Lab
The University of Rhode Island’s Artificial Intelligence (URI AI) Lab invites the Unity community to attend their data and computational science-focused workshops. Learn more on the news page.
